Lou Anne Person

Lou Anne Person has lived in Alaska for 40 years. She has been an artist and a gardener the entire time. Her artistry took a different turn in 1979 when she started an interior design firm and concentrated her creativity in that area. Through all of that time Lou Anne had lovely gardens in the summer and maintained a green house or sunroom with plants through the harsh Alaskan winters. Since retiring from the interior design field, she has been able to express the beauty of the flora she has experienced in an explosion of acrylic art - that just keeps coming. She expresses her fascination of the deep, richcolors she has witnessed, along with the mystery of the many and varied reproduction methods of plants.
